Refund Policy

We offer the following refund policies. Only one policy will apply to the class your student is registered for. The class description and the registration process will identify the exact refund policy for the class you have chosen.

Subscription Enrollment Policy

Jonesboro Music offers a monthly payment subscription enrollment for all studio classes for year round. There is a $25 registration fee per enrollment. Payments will be deducted from a debit/credit card on the 1st of each month. This transaction will be labeled as Simply Sign-Up on your statement. A student will remain enrolled until a parent tells us otherwise. We require written notice to Dana McKinney, Owner/Director, jonesboromusic2022@gmail.com BEFORE the 1st of the month if changes need to be made with your child's enrollment.  If NO TUITION IS  PAID BY the 5th of the month, there will be a $25 late fee added to the monthly tuition. All registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no refunds for missed classes. We offer free make-up classes during the session that your child is enrolled. 

 

Kindermusik @ School Subscription Policy

Jonesboro Music offers a monthly payment subscription enrollment for all Preschool/Daycare classes year round. We will not meet for classes during the month of August, the week of Thanksgiving, the last two weeks of December. There is a $10 registration fee and monthly payments will be deducted from a debit/credit card on the 1st of each month. A student who is enrolled will remain enrolled until a parent informs us otherwise. We require written notice BEFORE the 1st of the month if changes need to be made with your child's enrollment. There are no refunds or make up classes for missed Kindermusik @ School classes.

We promise to respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers or their students to any third parties. Any information you provide about yourself or your students is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Information gathered on our website is collected and used by us and SimplySignup. We will not collect any personal information about adults or students except when specifically and knowingly provided by them. If we collect any personally identifiable information about students, we will first obtain their parents' consent. Examples of personally identifiable information include full name and birth date.
